Day 1 - Depart USA
Depart on a Kenya Airways flight from New York (JFK) to Kilimanjaro via Nairobi.
Day 2 - Nairobi/Kilimanjaro – Transfer Arusha
Arrive in Nairobi and connect with your flight to Kilimanjaro. On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a Lion World Travel representative and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge.
Accommodation: Arusha Coffee Lodge – Plantation Room (D)
Day 3 - Arusha/Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge herds of elephant. You will also see a wide variety of wildlife including buffalo, lion, cheetah, and leopard and over 500 bird species.

Day 4 - Tarangire/Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch en route. You will probably start spotting game well before you get into the park. The Serengeti offers the most amazing game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands of eland, topi, impala and Grant's gazelle.
Kimarishe Serengeti Lodge is an eco-friendly lodge using Solar power and is located in central Serengeti. The lodge offers stunning views of the Serengeti plains and wilderness. The restaurant, bar, lounge deck and pool all offer stunning views.

Day 5 - Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park to explore the grass plains when the animals are most active.
Enjoy a game drive in the Serengeti in the late afternoon, looking out for hippos in the water; giraffes foraging from trees; and lions, cheetahs, crocodiles, and leopards.

Day 6 - Serengeti National Park
During morning and afternoon game viewing activities you can observe and photograph the wildlife at your leisure.

Day 7 - Serengeti/Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch.
Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world', the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best-known wildlife arenas. Deep within the Crater, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes, and forests, dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions.

Day 8 - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor for an awesome wildlife experience and game drive with a private lunch in the crater.

Day 9 - Ngorongoro/Arusha/Kilimanjaro/Depart
After breakfast, drive to Arusha for lunch. Later you will transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Depart on Kenya Airways for New York (JFK) via Nairobi. (B, L)
Day 10 - Arrive USA
Arrive New York (JFK)
