Taryn and Colton will depart on their international South African Airways flight to Cape Town, South Africa via Johannesburg.
From the moment they board their South African Airways flight, Taryn and Colton will feel the warm and welcoming African hospitality in every detail of the world class service that they are about to experience.

On arrival at Johannesburg’s Oliver Tambo International Airport, Taryn and Colton will connect to their onward flight to Cape Town.
Taryn and Colton will arrive in the bustling and vibrant city of Cape Town to enjoy all the best that South Africa has to offer. They will be met by a Lion World Travel representative at the Cape Town Airport and transferred to the luxurious 5-star Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa.

Taryn and Colton will experience some magnificent views when they take a helicopter flight along the Atlantic Seaboard from the Twelve Apostles to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

The rest of the day is free for Taryn and Colton to enjoy in Cape Town! They can take this time to explore the many attractions in and around this cosmopolitan city, or simply relax on the fashionable beaches of Camps Bay or Clifton.

Friday, January 27, 2017 | Cape Peninsula
Today, Taryn and Colton will be picked up from their hotel for their Cape Peninsula tour.
On this tour Taryn and Colton will see why the area earned the name of the Fairest Cape. Taryn and Colton will sit back and relax, as they drive along the exquisite stretch of coastline known as Millionaire’s Paradise – from Clifton to Camps Bay, to the exclusive beach hamlet of Llandudno – towards the charming working harbour of Hout Bay; if Taryn and Colton choose, they can embark on an up-close-and-personal Seal Island cruise.
The tour then winds its way along the legendary Chapman’s Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breathtaking ocean views. After a stop for lunch, Taryn and Colton will visit the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom. Taryn and Colton will have the opportunity to ride the Flying Dutchman funicular to the old lighthouse for awe-inspiring views.

Finally, the tour makes its way back along the coast towards the city, visiting the historic naval port of Simon’s Town and the endearing African penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
During their stay, Taryn and Colton will enjoy a complimentary three course dinner at the hotel’s Azure Restaurant. Taryn and Colton will enjoy a tour of the Cape Winelands.

Taryn and Colton will drive to the beautiful Franschhoek Valley, for a wine tasting at La Motte Wine Estate, home to the finest wines, recognised internationally for exceptional quality. Visit La Bourgogne Farm for an olive oil tasting and wine tasting. They will stop in Franschhoek for lunch and some shopping in this beautiful picturesque setting. After a wonderful day enjoying the sights, sounds and tastes of the Winelands, Taryn and Colton will be transferred back to their hotel to enjoy a late afternoon and evening at leisure.

Sunday, January 29, 2017 | Cape Town / Johannesburg / Hoedspruit
Taryn and Colton will say goodbye to beautiful Cape Town and transfer from their hotel to Cape Town Airport in time for their scheduled flight to Johannesburg. Here they will connect with their flight to Hoedspruit to begin their 5-star safari with exceptional game viewing at one of Africa's most extraordinary private reserves.
Upon arrival at Hoedspruit Airport, Taryn and Colton will be met and transferred to the tranquil 5-star Southern Camp. Within the expansive Kapama Private Game Reserve, this camp epitomises luxury safari accommodation accompanied by warm hospitality and friendly service. Breakfast and lunch are served in the dining room with dinner served in the outside boma under the magnificent African night sky.
On game drives, Taryn and Colton will be accompanied by a skilled ranger and tracker, and can expect to encounter a diverse range of animal and bird species. Since this is a Big Five reserve, seeing lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo is possible. Did you know there is also a ‘Small Five’ – the elephant shrew, the ant lion, the rhinoceros beetle, the buffalo weaver and the leopard tortoise!

Monday, January 30, 2017 | Kapama Southern Camp
Taryn and Colton's day begins early, with a hot cup of coffee or tea. Outside, the sun is just beginning to peek over the horizon, showing off a landscape that is spectacular in its enormity and serenity. Game drives in open safari vehicles offer Taryn and Colton the opportunity to see the ‘Big Five’ and a large variety of smaller wildlife. Halfway through the game drive, there’s a stop for hot drinks and snacks, before returning to the lodge for a full breakfast.

In the late afternoon, Taryn and Colton will gather for a decadent high tea, before heading out with their ranger and tracker for the afternoon game drive through the reserve. En route Taryn and Colton will stop for a drink as the sun sets over the distant peaks of the Drakensberg mountains. They will arrive back at the lodge with time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.

Taryn and Colton will enjoy another bright and early start to the day as another day of wilderness experience begins. They will be accompanied by highly skilled game rangers, who provide interesting information and anecdotes about the inhabitants of the bush. While seeing big game is always exhilarating, there are many other smaller species that are just as captivating.

In the later afternoon, Taryn and Colton will take a game drive in this wilderness paradise. As darkness falls, the nocturnal animals of the bush come out. The skilled tracker will scan the landscape using a spotlight, which illuminates the animals’ eyes. A variety of completely different species can be seen on the night drive back to the lodge.

Wednesday, February 1, 2017 | Hoedspruit/Johannesburg
After an early morning game drive to track the animals that may have eluded Taryn and Colton so far, followed by breakfast, they will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for their flight back to Johannesburg. Taryn and Colton will bid farewell to the place that has given them unforgettable wildlife encounters in the African bush. (B)
On arrival at Johannesburg's Oliver Tambo International Airport, Taryn and Colton will connect with their scheduled international South African Airways flight back to the USA.
