Day 1 - Kilimanjaro/Arusha
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by a Lion World Travel Representative and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge.
All rooms have a mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, ceiling fans, safes and hairdryers; each chalet also has its own coffee grinder and percolator in the spirit of a true coffee estate experience.

Day 2 - Arusha/Tarangire
Depart on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch at the 5 star Tarangire Treetops with its 20 luxury en-suite rooms, built on tree-attached platforms, overlooking the river.
Later this afternoon, you will have the option of going on a night game drive (Approximately 2 hours - Additional cost USD $95 per person). A night game drive offers the possibility of good viewings of wildlife that can be very rewarding.

Day 3 - Tarangire National Park
Depart for a breakfast in the bush and a game drive in Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. On the drive you will see large concentrations of elephant and an abundance of game, and you may find a leopard resting in the shady trees.
Drive back to your lodge in the late afternoon, with some time for relaxation before you have dinner.

Day 4 - Tarangire/Manyara/Karatu
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a short game drive arriving at The Manor for a late lunch and relaxation.
The Manor is adjacent to the famous Ngorongoro conservation area and within a coffee estate. The Manor is reminiscent of an elegant up-country farm home in the Cape Dutch style of architecture.
Take a coffee tour in the afternoon. Coffee has been grown in Tanzania for centuries and is one of the country's largest exports.

Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, the '8th Wonder of the World', a unique biosphere that has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. Over 30,000 animals live within this natural bowl, the most densely packed concentration of wildlife in Africa.
Observe this wildlife spectacle on a game viewing drive within the crater and enjoy a private bush lunch in the crater before returning to the lodge in the late afternoon.

Day 6 - Karatu/Manyara Airstrip/Serengeti
After breakfast transfer to Manyara Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Lobo where you will be met and transferred to the 5 star luxury TAASA Lodge. Depart on a game drive in the late afternoon.
Return to the lodge for dinner.
Please Note: Luggage restrictions on the Tanzania light aircraft transfer flight is 15kg/33lbs in soft bags - including hand luggage.

Day 7 - Serengeti National Park
Another day of early morning and late afternoon game drives.
OPTIONAL: Balloon Safari - You have the option of booking an early morning hot air balloon flight to soar over the Serengeti at sunrise and view game from above. (Added charge).
Later in the day, take a guided game/nature walk or just take the time to relax at the lodge.

Day 8 - Serengeti National Park
Another day to enjoy the marvels of the Serengeti National Park.

Day 9 - Serengeti National Park/Arusha/Depart
After breakfast enjoy a morning en-route game drive along the Lobo valleys, to connect with your scheduled light aircraft flight to Arusha. Bid farewell to an amazing experience as you depart the Serengeti.
On arrival at Arusha Airport you will be met and transferred to Arusha town for lunch. Later you will be dropped off at Kilimanjaro International Airport. (B, L)
