Day 01
Depart from New York or Washington, DC for your flight to Cape Town, South Africa via Johannesburg on South African Airways.
Day 02
Arrive in Cape Town, a city dominated by a towering, table-shaped mountain. Immense natural beauty and the fast pace and bright lights of a great urban centre meld effortlessly here. Cape Town offers a myriad of things to do and places to see, whatever your tastes, inclinations or budget.

Your 4-star hotel, The Commodore, is situated in the V&A Waterfront with it's array of shops, restaurants, bars and activities. The hotel offers superb service and excellent cuisine in a secure, friendly environment and most rooms have wonderful views of Table Mountain, Table Bay and Signal Hill. The Clipper Restaurant offers superb dining in a tranquil setting, from a mouthwatering buffet breakfast to a diverse A la carte menu and devilish desserts! And to delight the palate further, indulge in a large selection of sherries, brandies and fine cognacs, or explore The Commodore House Wine Collection. Day 03
Today you will be collected for a coach tour of the Cape Winelands, the world's longest wine route where splendid mountains form a dramatic backdrop to lush vineyards and gabled Cape Dutch homesteads steeped in history. Experience the hospitality and beauty of Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek. Visit some of the many wine farms, experience rich historical and cultural heritage while visiting quaint villages, museums and galleries. It's not only about wine, its a world of olive farms, hand-crafted cheeses, wide open skies, craggy mountain passes and unique Fynbos Floral Kingdom.

Day 04
Today your private guide will collect you for a Cape Peninsula tour. Drive over mountain passes, along the rugged coastline with secluded coves and sweeping beaches to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Nowhere else in the world does an area of such spectacular beauty and such rich biodiversity exist almost entirely within a metropolitan area, the thriving and cosmopolitan City of Cape Town. With its rugged cliffs, steep slopes and sandy flats - is a truly remarkable natural, scenic wonder.

Enjoy a picnic lunch on a secluded beach before continuing on to Boulders Beach where you visit the delightful Penguin colony that has established itself on the secluded beach.

Day 05
Today is at leisure to relax and browse around the lovely Victoria & Alfred Waterfront or take a taxi to the Greenmarket Square flea market to shop for African souvenirs.

Later you will be collected for a romantic evening of excellent cuisine and dancing to live music at the Pigalle.

Day 06
Today you fly to Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve and spend two nights at Sabi Sabi Little Bush Camp.

Small and shrouded by a dense thicket of trees, the atmosphere at Sabi Sabi Little Bush Camp is tranquil and secluded. The lodge has just six suites, each an elevated haven of luxury and decadence that embraces the African bush in every respect. The decor is a paired down contemporary Africa with warm tones, subtle patterns and well-considered artefacts enhanced by the open structures and sturdy chunks of wood. Day 07
Start your day with a scrumptious bush breakfast. Then enjoy your morning game drive as you experience the thrill of close encounters with Africa's animals.

The game reserve has diverse habitats and wildlife giving an excellent chance of close encounters with the 'Magnificent Seven' - elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard wild dog and cheetah. And with over 300 bird species and endless expanses of pristine African bush the wilderness experience is exceptional.

Safaris take place each morning and evening in open Land Rovers which drive through a wide variety of habitats; mid-morning guided walks offer an intimate and fascinating wilderness experience at the hands of your informative and passionate game ranger.

Day 08
Depart by air for Mozambique where the stunning beaches await you. Sunny skies, palm-fringed beaches and coral reefs teeming with marine life make Mozambique one of the most beautiful destinations in Africa. For a magical island holiday you will visit Bazaruto Island located in a proclaimed Marine National Park with its miles of sandy white beaches, crystal clear azure seas, superb coral reefs, soaring sand dunes and exuberant bird life, to abundant marine life including big game fish such as Black Marlin.

Stay at Indigo Bay Island Resort in a beautiful beach chalet, designed with softly fringed thatched roofs to blend in with the natural surroundings, and interior finishes that complement the ambience and beauty of the location. The thatch and reed chalets are sheltered and secluded with direct access to the beach.

Day 09

Day 10
This is your final day to luxuriate in your surroundings and enjoy the warm waters of the tropical Indian Ocean.
